Les petites mains qui s'activent toute la journée sont absolument formidables, ils se soucient vraiment de votre confort et de vos besoins, je pense notamment aux personnels qui nettoient les chambres, vous apportent les serviettes propres... Mais également au service restauration qui font de leur mieux pour proposer un buffet varié, bon, et aux agents en salle, mention spéciale pour Mohamed Ibrahim qui nous a préparé une table spéciale pour mon anniversaire, merci a toi, et également au service de chambre qui nous a préparer une jolie déco de lit surprise pendant notre repas. L'île est belle, les fonds, remplis de poissons de toutes sortes, de petits requins pointes noires, de tortues et autres mais le corail est mort sur tout le contour de l'île, dommage.
Aucune communication à notre arrivée, on vous demande de payer la totalité du transport, un document vous est envoyé sur WhatsApp avec les horaires d'ouverture du resto, les conditions selon votre réservation et on vous même à la chambre, basta, débrouillez vous. Pas de com non plus sur les excursions... Nous étions en pension complète, on vous donne 2 bouteilles de 500ml d'eau par jour pour 2 personnes soit 1 litre par jour pour 2, c'est inacceptable, mais vous avez la possibilité de payer 4 euros la bouteille d'1.5 litre si vous avez soif...lol Un 0 pointé pour la réception. Impossible de retirer de l'argent sur l'île pour donner des pourboires au personnel compétent, dommage, pas de cash Back non plus, la boutique de souvenirs et une mauvaise blague, il n'y a rien. Pour le check out la c'est le pire, on vous dépose un papier sur la terrasse le soir d'avant le départ, la réception étant incapable de vous informer quand on leur demande des infos... Il faut libérer la chambre a midi et attendre le bateau qui part à 14h30 alors que notre vol est à 23h30, incroyable ! Quand nous avons demandé si nous pouvions manger a 12h le temps d'attendre le bateau, la réponse a d'abord était non, ou alors il fallait payer !!! Finalement, ils nous on laissé manger mais quand même c'est inadmissible, tout juste croyable !!! A la descente du bateau, on vient vous voir gentiment en vous disant qu'il est possible de passer le temps d'attente a l'aéroport (15h30 a 23h30 quand même) dans un salon lounge privé, a oui, mais pour 65 dollars par personne tout de même, pas folle la guêpe, nous avons bien entendu refusé. CHOISISSEZ UNE AUTRE ÎLE c'est un conseil

Camera spettacolo ! Con vetrate nuove che affacciavano sulla spiaggia ! Un incanto ! Reef bellissimo, Non sto a dire altro ..potete immaginare! Avevamo scelto la formula full board e sinceramente pasti abbastanza variegati e abbastanza scelta ! Bar molto carino, ogni sera organizzavano qualcosa di diverso !
Avevamo scelto la formula full board, prezzi degli extra picchiano sodo, 4 dollari una bottiglia di acqua , prezzi del bar anche quelli esagerati (anche se capisco che comunque ti trovi in mezzo all’oceano), prezzi del negozio souvenir allucinanti (ma un materassino 80 dollari?!?!!!!! Vabbè )

„Klein aber fein mit ein paar Mängeln
Wir waren vor Jahren schonmal auf der Insel und müssen sagen zu damals hat es sehr nach gelassen.
Die Bungalows sind definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Insel aber sehr sauber und der Strand war auch sehr schön.
